We view MeTime as a community, and ensuring parents and providers are treating each other with respect is very important to us. At the end of each session, you will be asked to review each parent with a quick 4-question survey. Questions pertain to how easy it was to communicate with the parent, whether they were on time for their booking, and whether they came prepared with the items their child(ren) needed during the session. Frequent poor reviews may result in a parent being removed from MeTime.
Similarly, we ask parents to review providers on communication, whether you are at your location when your booking started and ended, and overall experience working with you. Frequent poor reviews may result in your profile being removed from MeTime.
