You can reschedule after you book without penalty, as long as you are outside the 12-hour cancellation window. As of now, you’ll need to cancel the session on the site and create a new one if you want to revise the time or provider.
If you try to change your booking within a 12-hour window, you may be charged an 8-credit deduction for late cancellation as it may be harder for that childcare provider to fill that slot last minute.
In the event you need to move your appointment up or back an hour or less while remaining with your original provider and you make this change within the 12-hour cancellation window, please email us at email@example.com. If the provider is available for the adjusted time, we can make that change.
