We know our childcare providers are often booked back to back and if a parent is late picking up their child, another parent may not be able to start their appointment, or you might be tight getting to another responsibility of your own.
A parent’s first late MeTime pickup will be charged (based on 15-minute increments) for the overage to ensure you are paid for your time. Subsequent late pickups within a short period of time may result in a parent being removed from the platform.
It is up to the provider to inform us about any late pick-ups so that we can appropriately charge for the overage and pay the extra to a provider. You can do so when you check the parent/child out for pick-up on the provider dashboard.
