The MeTime provider dashboard allows providers to set time, view booked sessions, learn about the parent and child, alert MeTime of any late pick-ups or no-shows, and provide reviews of parents.
Updating your calendar
Parents can book a MeTime session as far as 14 days in advance of the booking, so we recommend you set and revise (as needed) your availability accordingly. Some parents will need last-minute childcare and some will be planning for MeTime in advance, so if your calendar is up-to-date then parents will have more options when they are looking, and will be more likely to book you as their provider.
Checking the child in and out
It is your responsibility as the provider to ensure the child and parent are the people who booked you for the MeTime session for both drop-off and pick-up.
No other family member beyond the parent who booked the session is allowed to drop-off/pick-up at this time.
For each MeTime session you are expected to:
- Confirm the Parent/Child name and photo matches
- Check-in / check-out the child at drop-off and pick-up
- Mark as a no-show, if applicable
Checking the child in and out allows us to provide warnings to parents that are repeatedly late or do not show up for their appointments, as well as ensure you are paid for the correct amount of time in the event a parent is late picking up.
You will be asked to review the user (the parent) on issues of timeliness, preparedness, and your overall experience working with them when you mark the child for check-out. We ask that you answer honestly.
Please provide any additional feedback via email to email@example.com if you feel there was anything else noteworthy about your experience with them that is not covered in the review.
