We get it, things happen. If you are running late to pick-up, please communicate directly with your booked provider so they’re aware of your estimated arrival.
Our childcare providers are often booked back to back and if you’re late picking up your kiddo, another parent may not be able to start their session, or your provider may miss another responsibility of theirs.
For your first late MeTime pickup, you’ll be charged for the extra time to ensure the provider is paid for it. We charge credits for 15-minute increments.
Subsequent late pickups (without the consent from your provider for the extra time) will result in an 8-credit deduction from your account in addition to the credits used for the overage.
